Join us for a rejuvenating morning designed to unlock your mobility, build strength, and introduce you to the game of golf in a fun and welcoming environment. This session blends movement and mindfulness with light, beginner-friendly golf - think more about feeling the swing and less about hitting hundreds of balls. Perfect if you’ve never played before or just want to reconnect with the game in a social, low-pressure way.

What to Expect:

• A 45-minute Pilates class with Lauren Gilmer (@reframe.bylauren)

• Relaxed, guided golf in the simulators – fun challenges, easy tips, and zero pressure

• Coffee, chats, and connection with the Sigmoid Girls Golf Club community

• All levels welcome – no experience needed! • Mats and clubs provided – just bring yourself.
