Private sessions are designed entirely around you — your goals, your body, and your lifestyle.
Following an initial consultation, each session is customised to help you move with confidence, strength, and ease — whether you’re building a consistent routine, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to deepen your practice.
Sessions can focus on mat-based Pilates or incorporate equipment if you have a home reformer or props available.

Where Can I Train?
Sessions are available online or in person.
I can guide you through a fully personalised session from the comfort of your home, or travel to you for an in-person session.
If preferred, a studio space can be arranged (additional cost applies).
What equipment do I need?
You can train using just a mat, or I can incorporate any at-home equipment you might have - including a reformer or props. Mats and props can be provided on request for in-person sessions.
